These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SafariRanthambore.com ("Website") and the safari booking assistance services ("Services") provided by SafariRanthambore ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing this Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Services

SafariRanthambore.com is a private safari booking assistance service operated by SafariRanthambore. We are not the official website of Ranthambore National Park or the Rajasthan Forest Department.

  • We assist travelers in arranging safari permits, vehicles, guides, and accommodation near Ranthambore National Park
  • Official safari permits are issued by the Rajasthan Forest Department through booking.forestrajasthan.com
  • Our service includes a convenience/assistance fee over and above the official permit cost
  • Zone allocation is done by the Forest Department and is subject to availability

2. Booking Process

2.1 Booking Request

Submitting a booking form on our Website constitutes a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. The booking is confirmed only after:

  1. We verify permit availability for your requested date and zone
  2. You complete the required payment
  3. We send you a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp

2.2 Required Information

You must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Full legal name (as per government ID)
  • Valid government-issued ID details (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, etc.)
  • Contact details (phone, email)
  • Nationality and age details

Important: Incorrect ID information may result in denial of entry at the park gate. We are not responsible for entry refusal due to incorrect details provided by you.

2.3 Pricing

  • All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are indicative and may vary based on season, zone, vehicle type, and availability
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before payment
  • Our prices include: permit fees, vehicle charges, guide fees, and our service charge
  • Prices do not include: travel to/from the park, hotels, meals, or tips

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed within the timeframe communicated during booking confirmation
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (at our office)
  • International guests may pay via wire transfer or international cards
  • Failure to pay within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of your booking

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete information. A summary:

  • 30+ days before safari: Full refund minus processing fee (₹500/person)
  • 15–29 days before: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund
  • Park closure (weather/govt orders): Full refund or free rescheduling

5. Safari Rules & Safety

You agree to follow all rules of Ranthambore National Park, including:

  • Stay inside the vehicle at all times during the safari
  • No littering, smoking, or consumption of alcohol inside the park
  • No flash photography — it disturbs wildlife
  • Follow all instructions of the safari guide and driver
  • Maintain silence when near wildlife sightings
  • No teasing, feeding, or provoking animals
  • Carry original ID — photocopies are not accepted at the gate

Violation of park rules may result in removal from the safari without refund.

6. Tiger Sighting Disclaimer

Ranthambore is a wild habitat. Tiger and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. While we arrange the best possible zones and timings, animals are wild and free-roaming. No refund or compensation will be provided for non-sighting of any particular animal.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We act as a booking facilitator between you and the Rajasthan Forest Department
  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings during the safari
  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events
  • Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of WP Frank Softwares and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. User Responsibilities

By using our Website, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Not use the Website for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the Website's functionality
  • Not impersonate another person or entity

10. Governing Law
